We promote scholarly research in and on Iraq

TARII was established to promote scholarly research on and in Iraq and ancient Mesopotamia. The Institute, a consortium of American universities and museums, is working to establish a multidisciplinary American scholarly research center and library in Iraq.

تم تأسيس معهد الأبحاث الأكاديمية في العراق (تاري)  بهدف تعزيز البحث العملي في العراق وبلاد ما بين النهرين التاريخية. يسعى المعهد حاليا، وهو تجمع يضم جامعات ومتاحف أمريكية، إلى إنشاء 

مركز امريكي للبحث العلمي متداخل التخصصات ومكتبة في العراق.
